Breathe Clean

Destroyed, not captured

with the AirClear X10

AirClear indoor AirSterileX10

Your Staff work hard; therefore, they breathe hard.

Your staff are breathing chemicals all day.

The European binding occupational exposure limit for formaldehyde is

0.3 ppm, in force across every sector under Directive (EU) 2019/983.

Inhaling Pollutants

Your staff are breathing chemicals all day.

Airborne Infections

Since July 2024 this has been a legal question, not just a health one.

X10

AirClear X10 leverages the power of low-level UVc and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Separately, these components would not be highly effective, but when combined, they deliver results that are 10 times more powerful than traditional methods. This process accelerates the decomposition of harmful particles, leaving behind only water and oxygen.

Your Space

Your Choice

Nail and beauty salons — Continuous solvent and monomer vapour in a small, busy room. Staff exposure, client comfort, and a smell that follows people home.

Pathology facilities — Formalin fixation means formaldehyde exposure against a hard legal limit and a carcinogen classification.

Dental and electronics — Asthmagens, solvents and process chemistry in occupied working space.

Hospitality — Where odour is a licensing condition, a complaint or a planning constraint.

Everything else stores the problem. We end it.

Filters trap particles. A VOC is a gas. It goes straight through the fibres.

Carbon adsorbs — then saturates. Once full, it stops working, and as conditions change, it releases what it collected back into the room. The filter becomes the source.

UV-C on its own is a germicidal lamp. Most VOCs barely absorb light at 254 nm, and the air is past it in a fraction of a second.

What UV-C shone a light on, we finished off. The X10 carries the reaction in the air itself, so the destruction travels with the air for its whole time inside the unit.

Air Flow

AirSterileX10 air flow

Our patented technology has harnessed the power of H202, in a contained space. Via air modelling and research, we twist and mix the air with H202, then hit it with UVC to excite the H202 into a safe state of reaction, expelling nothing but clean air.

How the X10 works

 High-Performance Filter

 High-Performance Filter

Incoming air passes through a high-performance filter that captures dust, pollen and particulates — the trusted first stage the industry already uses. It protects the core and takes the physical load out of the airstream.

The AOP core — where destruction happens

Contained Hydrogen Peroxide

Combines with hydrogen peroxide to create an "advanced oxidation space". Eliminating a wide range of contaminants, including pollutants, Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odours.

Carbon polish

Low-Level UVC

Hydrogen peroxide is carried into the moving airstream and hit with UV-C light. That splits it into hydroxyl radicals: one of the most powerful oxidising agents available, second only to fluorine.

Superior Quality

Revolutionising Air Sterilisation

AirSterileX10 delivers superior air quality for optimal performance through advanced sterilisation technology. Our innovative approach eliminates airborne threats, creating a healthier space for people to work and enjoy.

Eco Friendly

Say Goodbye to Harmful Byproducts

Unlike heavy-duty UVC units that can produce harmful ozone and formaldehyde, AirClear provides a safer, eco-friendly solution.

Air Optimisation

AirSterileX10 continually monitors your space, expelling contaminants that may cause harm. Not just capturing them, Neutralising threats.

Excellent air quality

Why we built it

AirClear was founded by Martin Kearney, a chartered architect who spent twenty years specifying buildings for how people actually use them — and became preoccupied with the one thing in a building nobody can see.

Most air cleaning technology moves the problem around: it captures contaminants, stores them, and hands the owner a filter to dispose of. AirClear was built on a different premise — that the only way to deal with a harmful compound is to destroy it.

The X10 is the result: a professional-grade unit, protected by a European patent application, developed with Ulster University and built in Northern Ireland.

Now, this innovation is being brought to professional sports to ensure athletes can perform at their best in the healthiest spaces possible.
